What features are included?

What kind of tasks does HUT track?

HUT covers major home categories (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior, septic, well water, optional pool & hot tub, lawn, and more) plus Auto for vehicles. Enable only what applies—skip the rest.

Can I choose which tasks to use and how often they repeat?

Yes. In Preferences, turn entire categories on or off, then enable only the individual tasks you want. Each task has its own interval (for example weekly through multi-year schedules)—you can change that interval anytime so reminders match how you actually maintain your home or vehicles.

Is HUT available on Android?

Today HUT is built for iPhone and iPad only. We don't have an Android version yet—check back here for updates if that changes.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device and encrypted in the cloud. We use Firebase security rules that restrict access to your account only — no one else can see your data.

Can I use it for a rental property?

Absolutely. HUT works great for homeowners, renters, and property managers alike. Just toggle on the categories that are relevant to your property and you're good to go.
